Breakfast is served from 8:30am-10am in the dining room.

The Lammas Special

Smoked Salmon, 2 poached eggs on a bed of spinach and mushroom (Portobello if available),

served with fried baby potatoes

Full English with “Stornoway” Black Pudding

Bacon, sausage, poached egg (scrambled, fried available), mushroom,

fried baby potatoes, baked beans/tomatoes & MacLeod’s Black Pudding

Lammas Omelette

A 3-egg omelette served with any combination of spring onion, cheese, ham or mushroom

Smoked Haddock

Served with 2 poached eggs on a bed of spinach

Lammas Vegan

Vegan sausages, avocado, mushroom, fried baby potatoes & baked beans/tomatoes

(please pre-order the day before for avocado)

 

A selection of cereals, fresh fruit, yoghurt, fruit juice, toast, tea & coffee are also available
